    Bea Aiguabella

Bea Aiguabella was born in 1989 in Zaragoza, Spain. An architect by training, she has developed an artistic practice in which geometric order and spatial rigor interact with matter. Co-founder of the Anton+Aiguabella studio, she explores with Paul Anton the boundaries between the singular and the collective, between formal abstraction and sensory poetry. Through materials such as textiles, cotton paper, oil sticks, and raw linen, Bea questions repetition as an aesthetic language. This seemingly systematic gesture reveals, upon careful observation, discreet variations, highlighting the singularity of each element within a coherent whole. Her work invites us to contemplate this fragile balance between apparent uniformity and profound uniqueness. Inspired by nature and driven by a minimalist sensibility, Bea designs compositions where color, texture, and form interact with precision. His approach gives each work a silent yet intense presence, often imbued with an ethereal beauty, inviting contemplation and meditation.
