CHROMATIC VIBRATIONS
This summer will be a celebration of color as a life-giving energy. The selected works explore light, material, and emotion.
Color as substance, as an inner depth and sometimes even a mineral or plant memory.
Color – earth, color – light, between introspection and solar impulse, this is the link between Charlotte Culot and Maison Rhizomes, Veronique Villaret, Pascale Risbourg, Caroline Beauzon, Flora Castiglia, and Pascale Mestre. Each has her own language, her own rhythm, her own density, but all share a common sensitivity and a presence that is at once intimate, organic, and deeply inhabited.
This creates a vibration, a way of giving color an essential function: that of embodying joy.
A rhythmic joy, intended to last through form, through the wood and furniture of Willem Van Hooff.
Here, joy is not shown, it is felt.
