Caroline Beauzon is a painter born in the south of France. She quickly developed a varied artistic practice, inspired by various movements, exploring themes of still life, the body, and furniture. Indeed, it is a series of chairs—modernist still lifes, flattened perspectives with a naive spirit, charcoal on rice paper—that she is creating today for RART. Caroline doesn't bother with the superfluous; she captures a moment, the vibration of a line, playfully engaging with the silhouette of an object with nostalgia. Her works, inspired by her native Provence, combine earth tones and ochres, vivid blocks of green and yellow, to magnify fragments of life and everyday objects.
